Zentrum für Soziale Innovation

The Centre for Social Innovation, ZSI in short, is a transdisciplinary social science research institute. ZSI critically explores the social embedding and impact of all types of innovations. We also actively contribute to the design and diffusion of socially accepted and sustainable innovations to meet global challenges. The Technology and Knowledge Unit (T&W) focuses its research and development activities on the potentials and limitations of emerging technologies and their diffusion in technologically mediated settings for the benefits of society. A core activity of T&W is the impact evaluation of socio-technical projects and their interactions with social innovations. Participatory and transdisciplinary research methods and open science are key tools of the methodological repertoire of this interdisciplinary group.

Fashion Revolution Germany e.V.

Fashion Revolution Germany e.V. emerged from the global Fashion Revolution campaign. To connect consumers and the industry, a unified platform was created from various projects born out of Fashion Revolution Day.

We envision a future where fashion is sustainable, expressive, and empowering. Instead of blame, we believe in inspiring and educating people to actively shape the industry's transformation. Our goal: end overproduction, embrace circularity, and encourage conscious consumption and living.
